Group Conditioning

Experience Surge training, at it’s best! Challenge yourself for a grueling 30 minute workout consisting of core, power, speed, agility, strength, and endurance. Each workout will be different, and push you in a different way. Kettlebells, ropes, tires, bodyweight, agility ladders, pull-up bars, rowing machines … These workouts have all you need to make you leave the gym feeling like you’ve had enough!

All sessions are lead by a certified trainer, ensuring proper form and technique for all movements. All levels are welcome, and scaling is available based on need.
